Downtown Loft | King Bed + Free Parking

Beautiful place, well-maintained and clean with thoughtful accommodations. The host, James, was readily available for communication, if needed. Things to note: the unit is accessible via a staircase (no elevator), the mattress is on the firm side, and the white noise machine that is provided was very helpful when the local establishments had events late into the light. Overall, 5/5! Thank you for a wonderful Maryville experience!

Very nice place, we slept well. Yes, you can hear the restaurant below but it’s very low noise and calms down by 10.. nothing during the day.. not an issue. Great location for dining, and access to Maryville Campus is great. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely one bedroom condo in a great location downtown. I was able to walk to restaurants, close to the greenway to walk/run, and the bandshell park where there was an outdoor concert. The condo had all I needed for my stay.

Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again.
